Our journey took us back to the source—the high-altitude Himalayan regions where Shilajit naturally forms as plant matter slowly decomposes and mineralises within rock crevices over centuries. This is not a quick process. Nature takes its time, and so do we.

Inspired by Ayurveda’s holistic philosophy, Swasth was created to make this ancient substance accessible without stripping it of its integrity. Every decision—from sourcing and purification to packaging and education—is guided by one principle: respect for tradition, responsibility to the consumer.
